Youth Membership — $5      (Available to individuals under 18 years of age)      You will receive a membership card, member patch and a subscription to                 "Currents".

Active Membership — $20      (Available to individuals 18 years of age and older)      You will receive a membership card, member patch and a subscription to    .    .        "Currents".

Family Membership — $35      (Available to you and your spouse and children in your household under 18 years of age)      You will receive a membership card, member patch and a subscription to                  "Currents".

Supporting Membership — $50      (Available to you and your spouse and children in your household under 18 years of age)      You will receive a membership card, member patch and a subscription to                  "Currents".

Sponsorship Membership — $100      (Available to you and your spouse and children in your household under 18 years of age)      You will receive a membership card,member patch and a subscription to      "Currents", recognition in Currents as a Sponsor and one ticket to the Annual             Events.

Individual Lifetime Membership — $500      (Available to you and your spouse)      You will receive a Lifetime Membership Card, up to 2 member patchs and a              subscription to "Currents", recognition in Currents as a lifetime member and two        tickets each year to the Annual Events.

Corporate Membership — $500      You will receive a Membership Card, and a subscription to "Currents", recognition in Currents as a corporate sponsor and two tickets each year to the Annual Events. Please note that this application will print on 2 pages...  Please include both pages of this application.     Thank you.
